Don’t think we are talking about Indira Gandhi. By ‘Indira’ we are referring to Indira Park and this has become the hub for all the protestors. The latest in the kitty was Y S Jagan and ever since he came for his one week fasting, many had their share of doubts and questions on his being without food for one full week.

While some feel he had food and dry fruits in the morning, some were asking what he did when he went inside alone to his van. In all this, the people who are bearing the brunt are the walkers of Indira Park and students who come to play cricket in the nearby NTR stadium.

All are complaining that the protestors and dharna makers end up making a mess of the entire place. After they leave, the park and its surroundings is littered with food packets, water packets, rotten food and other things. The sanctity of Indira Park and its cleanliness is under total risk due to these protestors. Incidentally, the place is named Dharna Chowk.
