A military grade mobile phone which is made in a clamshell form factor known as Sanyo Taho has announced by Sprint and Kyocera Communications. The Sanyo Taho Rugged Clamshell phone features 2-inch TFT display with QVGA resolution of 320 x 240 pixels,2 mega pixel camera with flash and video capability, and many more. It meets military standard 810G and Water, dust, sock, vibration, blowing rain, and extreme temperatures resistant. The device can withstands up to 30 minutes of full immersion in water and up to one meter deep. It works in CDMA EV-DO networks.
