The project team consisted of many resources on both sides – Sequest Technologies and TriCounty Mental Health. Holiday schedules and all the usual obstacles challenged first roll-outs in the IS system development, including documented communication, expectations, financial and time-line pressure.
? The scope of this project together with the extremely aggressive timeline was a major challenge, a team effort and is in finishing stages now. The project team has been reduced Sequest, but are still holding team meetings and communication is at least weekly.Â?

TriCounty gone live with the newly created Oracle workflow system in January 2003. The project grew to data migration, personal conversion, and include general ledger interfaces. Sequest and TriCounty still new areas of partnership in their work together to explore and look forward to continuing our successful collaboration.
